My favorite smoothie is a Strawberry Banana Flaxseed mix. I make this at least 2-3 times a week for breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 Banana
4 Large Strawberries
2 Tbs Flaxseed
2 Tbs Plain Greek Yogurt
6-8 oz Almond Milk
I also add blueberries or raspberries sometimes. The flaxseed and almond milk give it a slightly nutty flavor that I LOVE. Try it sometime!!
